"Le Grand Sapin" is a two-story house with 2 bedrooms, quietly located on a cul-de-sac in Saint Aignan sur Cher, Centre-Val de Loire, in the Cher Valley, just 2.1 km from Beauval Zoo. You are also close to many Loire castles (Chambord, Chenonceau, and more). The house features: On the ground floor: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with sofa and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: - 1st bedroom (5.2 m², Carrez law) with a double bed (140x190) - 2nd bedroom (4.7 m², Carrez law) with two single beds (90x140) Enjoy a terrace with barbecue just opposite the rental, plus private parking. You have Wi-Fi, air conditioning for summer and winter, kitchen towels, bath mats, cleaning products and essentials, as well as bed linen and towels included. On request: travel cot and high chair.
